The unit
What counts as one dashboard.
The unit of pricing is one source dashboard — the artifact your users actually open. In Tableau terms that is a dashboard inside a workbook, and its worksheets convert as part of it: a workbook with five dashboards is five units, however many worksheets sit behind them.
On the target side, one Tableau dashboard becomes one Power BI report page or one Databricks AI/BI dashboard — one conversion either way. A very tall dashboard may be split across pages during conversion; that is still one unit.
You do not have to count them by hand. The free Analyzer inventories the estate first and reports the number of dashboards, which ones are worth moving, and which are orphaned or barely used — so the bill is known before anything is converted.

The model
Why one flat fee.
You pay for a delivered result, per unit — not for seats, and not for how long the project runs. There is no per-user licensing and no time limit, so a migration that slips a quarter costs exactly what one that lands on schedule costs.
And because the unit is a dashboard, the budget for an estate of several hundred dashboards is arithmetic rather than a scoping workshop: count the dashboards worth moving, multiply by $200€200, add the review time your team wants to keep. That number does not move when the scope of a single dashboard turns out to be harder than it looked.

What counts as one dashboard?

The unit stays one on the target side: a Tableau dashboard becomes a Power BI report page or a Databricks AI/BI dashboard, and a very tall dashboard split across several pages is still billed once. The free Analyzer inventories the estate first, so the count is known before anything is committed.
Is the Analyzer really free, and what does it see?
Yes. Analysis is free and separate from conversion: you only pay for the dashboards you choose to convert. The Analyzer connects read-only and reads metadata and structure only: no actual data values are accessed, and nothing in your Tableau environment is changed.
Does the $200€200 fee include LLM costs?
No, and Antares does not bill them at all. The flat fee buys the conversion; the LLM usage that conversion consumes is metered by your own provider, on your own account, and typically comes to under $20€20 per dashboard. If your security policy requires it, conversion runs against your private LLM endpoints, and the cost stays wherever that endpoint bills.
Do you offer volume pricing?

Is a Power BI, Fabric or Databricks licence included?
No. You acquire the target platform separately, as you would for any migration. Antares converts into the platform you already own or are moving to.
Do we pay again for a dashboard that needs manual work?
No. The fee is charged once per converted dashboard. Where conversion cannot carry something across, Antares flags it with the reason rather than guessing, and complex cases such as LOD redesign and data model changes are worked with our engineers. Conversion is deterministic-first with guardrailed, validated AI steps, and it is not a pixel-perfect copy, because platform capabilities differ.
